The draft law on introduction of decentralization
amendments into the Basic Law is planned to be presented at the meeting of the
Constitutional Commission scheduled for June 26, Chairperson of the Verkhovna
Rada Volodymyr Groysman said in an interview to the Vidkryta Studiya political
show on the First Channel of Radio Ukraine on Wednesday.

"The result of our work will be the presentation of the draft amendments into the Constitution of Ukraine. I believe we will manage to do that on Friday," Groysman said.
The Head of the Verkhovna Rada noted that soon the Venice Commission is expected to provide its conclusions as to the draft law.
As earlier reported, on June 19, the Head of the Verkhovna Rada presented members of the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission) with the draft law on introduction of decentralization amendments into the Constitution of Ukraine.
